We will be happy to assist you once you have read the information below. Expecting Your Website Here?1) Ensure you have registered an account and submitted your website. This is a two-step process.2) Once your website is submitted, there is a review period before it will be created. Assuming you have a valid description, and your website follows our Terms of Service, this is only a matter of waiting. 3) If you have been freshly accepted, your computer may still be trying to find the website at this server, despite our records being updated to your new server. Flush your DNS, and try using OpenDNS. Records are updated at least every 48 hours. 4) Finally, occasional DNS update errors do happen. Use IntoDNS to check if there is a problem. If incorrectly configured, you will see the error 'Can't get nameservers at parent server! I only check domains not subdomains!'. Send us an email. If your website is accepted, there is a work-around to be able to view your website while DNS changes are in progress. Simply visit: http://ipaddress/~cpaneluser You must replace ipaddress with the IP address of your server, and cpaneluser with your cPanel username. Both of these details can be found using the 'FTP' link in the 'Hosting' section of your account. Finally, websites which appear unbuilt, as checked by storage below 0.01Mb, bandwidth below 1Mb, no change from the default page, and no account log in for a period of 30 days, will be terminated to save server space, and can be reactivated by logging into your account and following on-screen instructions.
